Three Bean Dip

This dip with 3 beans is high in protein, iron, and fibre, as well as being a delicious addition to any platter.

Dice garlic and onion, and heat on medium heat frying pan until the onions soften. Add in your bean mix, add chilli, nutritional yeast. Stir together and then add the following spices; chilli powder, red pepper flakes, cayenne pepper, oregano, paprika, cumin. 

Cool down and pop in the blender with a tiny bit of water, adding more slowly as needed. Blend til smooth and then transfer into a bowl. Serve with Mexicano Corn Chips and enjoy!
