Here at Mexicano, we are proud members of the Soft Plastics Recycling Scheme, this is where our packets are repurposed into a variety of different products used around Aotearoa, from fence posts (Future Posts) to waterslides! Cool eh?

We’re a big fan of looking at how to reduce our waste as much as possible here at Mexicano.

The leftover corn from making the Masa for our chips is picked up by local farmers around the Wairarapa and turned into food for livestock.

We love our employees and value their help in making what we think is Aotearoa’s best corn chip.

So to us, it makes sense that we have all our employees on the living wage.
