CHICKEN SHEET NACHOS

Ingredients:
Mexicano Corn Chips
200 grams Chicken diced
Can of Mexican Beans
Spices to season (Cumin. Paprika, Chilli)
Diced Tomatos
Diced Chilli
Sourcream (we love to blend ours with avocado to give it an extra kick!)
Coriander

Fry diced chicken in Mexican spices (think cumin, paprika, chilli) add in Mexican Bean mix and let simmer until all is cooked.  

Layer Mexicano Corn Chips onto a tray and then top with cheese and the bean and chicken mixture. Work in layers so that you get an even toppings to chip ratio. Top with diced tomatoes, chilli, and more cheese. Pop in the oven until the cheese has melted. 

Top with sour cream and coriander - and dive in!
