METHOD

Pre-heat oven to 200'C spread corn chips evenly over adequate oven proof dish, pour salsa over chips. Layer cheese, onion and sour cream over salsa and chips. Heat until cheese is completely melted and the meal is piping hot (around 5 minutes). Garnish with Avacado and coriander (optional) serve at once (for 4-6 people).

For microwave heating layer as outlined above then microwave on high until meal is heated through and cheese is melted completely.

VARIATION

Nachos con Frijoles

Place a few spoonfuls of refried beans over the corn chips before adding the salsa.
