The Mexicano Corn Chips range can be used for a variety of delicious yet simple meals. Get some ideas for your next corn chip recipes below, or use them as starting points for your own recipe ideas!

2 minute salsa recipe

  • Chop and mix 1 Cup tomatoes, 1 cup avocado and ½ cup red onions.
  • Add the juice of a lime, a teaspoon of Mexican spice-mix and chopped coriander.
  • Mix and serve with Mexicano Corn Chips.

10 minute nachos recipe

  • Heat a can of chilli beans.
  • Spread Mexicano Corn Chips over a flat dish.
  • Layer with chilli beans and tomato salsa.
  • Top with grated cheese and oven grill until cheese has melted and the chips are hot (about 5 minutes).
  • Garnish with more fresh salsa, guacamole, sour cream, and fresh chopped coriander.
  • Serve.
